Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
Established in 2019, the IQAC functions in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The cell is dedicated to enhancing and maintaining the quality of education, identifying innovative teaching methods, developing infrastructure, and suggesting new self-financing courses.
01. Objective
The primary objective of the IQAC is to develop a systematic approach for continuous improvement and excellence in academic and administrative performance.
02. Functions:
- Quality Benchmarking : Developing and applying quality parameters for academic and administrative activities.
- Information Dissemination : Sharing knowledge on quality parameters in higher education.
- Workshops and Seminars: Organizing events on quality-related themes and promoting quality circles.
- Documentation : Recording programs and activities that lead to quality improvement.
- Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) : Preparing reports for NAAC based on quality parameters.
03. Strategies:
- Efficient Performance : Ensuring timely and progressive completion of academic, administrative, and financial tasks.
- Modern Teaching Methods : Integrating innovative teaching, learning, and evaluation techniques.
- Support Structure : Ensuring adequacy, maintenance, and functioning of support infrastructure.
- Quality Enhancement : Fostering a culture of quality enhancement and internalizing quality practices.
- Institutional Integration : Enhancing coordination among various institutional activities and institutionalizing best practices.
