An alumnus (male) or alumna (female) is an individual who has attended or graduated from an educational institution, such as a college, university, or school. The term originates from Latin, where it simply means "student".

The primary objective of the Nagarathinam Angalammal Arts & Science College Alumni Association is to reunite former students, facilitate knowledge sharing, and foster fellowship.

- Networking: Provide a platform for alumni to connect, share experiences, and exchange knowledge.
- Guidance: Offer guidance to current students on career development, higher education, and employment opportunities.
- Campus Placements: Collaborate with alumni in reputed industries to facilitate campus placements.
